In addition to supporting local artists, artisans, writers, entrepreneurs and others in their creative efforts, the DEPOT of Henderson, located at 116 W. Main Street, wants to be the center for creative activities and learning for Henderson and Chester County by providing opportunities for growth and development to local citizens, businesses and organizations. Opened August 2020, the building is provided through the kindness and support of owners, Drs. Carey Frix and Nicole Jennings and offers rentable spaces where one can work, display one’s work, and teach one’s art and craft to others. You are welcomed to tour the DEPOT and ask any questions you may have every Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-5 p.m. (or any other time by appointment). See Algene Steele, Director of DEPOT of Henderson, when you arrive.
Some DEPOT members offer a variety of art classes for various ages, ranging from age 9 to adult. Contact the DEPOT or individual DEPOT members for more information.
